RENTAL POLICY: Rental requests are processed in February and proposed contracts are sent out on March 1st. Our priorities for rental are in order of family, tenants with longer prior tenancies, and people renting for longer periods. This means new applicants are unlikely to receive accommodations in July or August and we will have difficulty in accommodating all previous renters at peak demand. 

Deadline for reservation requests for processing in February is Feb 4, 2013

Please check the 2013 rental schedule to see dates that are pre-booked by MRA family. We hope this helps you and your family plan for open dates. You will have the best chance of getting a booking if you provide 1st, 2nd and third choices in your reservation request.

Rental requests received after March 1st will be processed on a first come first served basis.

Minimum 3 night rental period required for off season rental requests.

Weekly rental period is
4:00pm Saturday to 10:00am the following Saturday.
