1877 House and porch have a commanding view of Morse River Marsh, ocean and Seguin Island Lighthouse. About 100 yards from 1877 behind a screen of trees the A-Frame looks over a meadow to Morse River Marsh

Downstairs: Kitchen with gas stove and all necessary appliances, dining room and living room with wood stoves, laundry room with washer, dryer and shower, double bedroom, half bath, all with electric baseboard heat.

Upstairs: Full bath, three single bedrooms,  one double bedroom and another single bedroom with toilet and sink.

Kitchen utensils, tableware, blankets and linens provided.
